NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Reminder - In accordance with the Bylaws of the Calgary Youth Curling Association ("CYCA") and the Societies Act, the Board of Directors hereby gives notice of the Annual General Meeting for the 2024 fiscal year and 2024-2025 CYCA curling season. All voting and non-voting members are invited to attend either in-person or virtually. If you wish to attend virtually, please RSVP via the form linked below and a meeting link will be sent to you. In-person attendees are also highly encouraged to RSVP via the same form.

Monday June 2, 2025 ~ Time: 7:00 PM ~ Location: Calgary Curling Club Blue Room - 720 3 St NW, Calgary

Light refreshments will be provided for all in-person attendees. If you are interested in a board position please reach out to Tyler (President) or Krista (Vice President).
