The CYCA board of directors is made up of parent volunteers. To function as a "not for profit" board and meet our bylaws, we need to fill the following positions: President ** - Facilitate board meetings, review and distribute meeting agenda and minutes, answer questions and resolve issues
**Secretary
- Take meeting minutes and file to Google drive
Treasurer - Manage the budget, monitor spend and accruals via website, prepare annual report and submit reports as required to AGLC
Sunday League Coordinator – Arrange ice, send newsletter, coordinate Sunday draws, tally scores

The following positions are critical to the success of the CYCA programs: Vice President - Assist president with assigned duties ** Volunteer Coordinator** - Maintain online sign-up tool, put out request for volunteers for events (Ray Kingsmith, Jam Can, Friends and Family) and parties through the season. Manage police clearance and vulnerable sector checks for coaches and board members. Club Director - Coordinate Club Liaisons and information to facilitate clubs *Club Liaison - Report on junior curling activities in your local club *Director at Large - Assist the Board as necessary
