The Curlers Corner CYCA Development Camp will be held at the Calgary Curling Club this year. Curlers have the choice to sign up for Saturday or Sunday!
Saturday, September 6, 2025 and Sunday, September 7, 2025. Camp runs each day from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with an optional early pick up at 3:00pm. We only have room for 64 curlers each day, so don't delay!
Open to junior curlers aged 9–19 who have previous curling experience, this fun and focused weekend is all about improving your game, building confidence, and connecting with other young athletes who love the sport.
Each full day includes a mix of on-ice skill development and off-ice training activities. Campers will work with a talented team of experienced curlers and coaches, including The University of Calgary Dinos Women’s Team, consisting of Keelie Duncan, Carley Hardie, Ava Koe, and Elizabeth Morgan, Max Cinnamon, the 2024 Canadian Under-20 Curling Champion, the CYCA President Tyler Powell, and other local coaches who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and inspiring the next generation of curlers.
You can register for one day or enjoy the full weekend. Along with top-notch instruction, participants will enjoy a delicious lunch, exciting prize draws, and a welcoming, social atmosphere that makes this camp a highlight of the junior curling calendar. Spots fill quickly, so don’t miss your chance to learn, play, and have a great time on and off the ice!
Club Coach and Competitive Coach courses will be offered by Curling Alberta concurrently with the camp. If you're interested in signing up, please visit their website for more information.
